I’m not sure… but I think I’ve perfected the campfire grilled cheese!
I use the @campchef Duel Square Cooking Iron. Fresh sourdough bread from my local bakery, Smoked Gouda, cheddar, and the secret weapon, mayo on the outside of the bread!
Another crowd pleaser!
Disclaimer: my cheese is plant based 🌱 I’m sure cow cheese would be amazing as well!
