This was a hit! A crowd pleaser. A new family favorite, this may even replace the popular veggie dog!

I made foil pouch potatoes over the campfire! Have you tried this?

I don’t know what’s more fun, assembling all the goodies, or opening up the steaming packets and enjoying! The trick is to cook them long enough to get that crispy caramelization on the potatoes! Superb!

•Sliced Yellow potato
•Vegan Italian sauces
•Cheddar & Parmesan (I used plant based cheese)
•Packet of ranch dressing seasoning
•salt and pepper
Cozied them all up in foiled lines with parchment paper and cooked them over coals for 45 ish minutes! I cannot tell you how amazing they were!
